01 / Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and j1li ("j1li," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at j1li.net (the "Platform").

These Terms apply to all services offered on the Platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, online bingo, slots, sports betting, sabong streaming, bonuses, promotions, and customer support services. By creating an account on j1li, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms were last updated on January 1, 2026. j1li reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 / Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the j1li Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotion.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer table, slot machine, bingo room, sportsbook market, or other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "Platform" means the j1li website, mobile interface, and all associated services available at j1li.net.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a Game outcome.
• "Verification Documents" means government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method documentation required for KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance.
• "Restricted Territories" means jurisdictions in which access to and use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.

03 / Eligibility

Access to and use of the j1li Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations governing online casino play;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of j1li or any of its affiliated entities;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from j1li or any affiliated gaming platform, or if you have, your exclusion period has formally expired;
• You are not a resident of, or currently located in, any Restricted Territory.

j1li reserves the right to request proof of eligibility from any Player at any time and to suspend access pending verification. Players who are found to be ineligible after account creation will have their accounts closed and any associated balances reviewed in accordance with applicable regulations.

04 / Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money Games on the j1li Platform, you must register an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the j1li Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — are strictly prohibited. j1li employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, j1li reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold balances pending investigation, and recover any bonuses or winnings derived from duplicate account activity.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. j1li will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must contact j1li support immediately at [email protected].

4.4 KYC Verification

j1li is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit Verification Documents — including a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license), proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership — before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus activations are processed. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

05 / Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

j1li accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. j1li does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which j1li accepts no responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited;
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be satisfied before the corresponding portion of your balance becomes withdrawable;
• j1li reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

5.3 Processing Times

j1li aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are typically processed within one to three banking days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required. j1li accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

06 / Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

j1li offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time the bonus is offered and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real money. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering with real money funds does not count toward bonus wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. j1li employs a bonus wallet system that separates bonus funds from real money funds in your Account.

6.3 Bonus Restrictions

j1li reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Void bonus funds and any associated winnings where fraudulent, abusive, or bonus-manipulation behavior is detected;
• Limit the eligibility for any promotion to specific Player segments, account types, or payment methods;
• Impose a maximum withdrawal limit on winnings generated from bonus funds, as specified in the individual promotion terms.

Players who are found to be exploiting bonuses — including through collusion, use of multiple accounts, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements — will have their bonus entitlements revoked and may have their Accounts suspended.

07 / Game Rules & Betting

Each Game available on the j1li Platform operates according to its own specific rules, which are made available within the Game interface. By placing a Wager on any Game, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable Game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between a Game's displayed rules and its underlying software logic, the software outcome will be treated as definitive.

j1li uses certified random number generator (RNG) software for applicable Games. Live dealer Games are conducted by trained human dealers operating from regulated studio environments. j1li does not manipulate Game outcomes.

Wagers that have been confirmed and accepted by the Platform are final. j1li reserves the right to void Wagers in the event of technical errors, manifest pricing errors in sports betting markets, or where a Game malfunction results in an incorrect outcome. In such cases, the original Wager amount will be returned to the Player's Account.

08 / Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j1li Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform while self-excluded or under a restriction order;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with Games or exploit the Platform in any way;
• Colluding with other Players in any Game, particularly live dealer or poker-style games;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or processing of funds through the Platform on behalf of third parties;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, security systems, or data;
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain without promptly reporting them to j1li support;
• Any conduct that j1li determines, in its reasonable judgment, to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

09 / Intellectual Property

All content on the j1li Platform — including but not limited to the j1li brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, photographs, audio, video, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of j1li or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of j1li.

Any unauthorized use of j1li's intellectual property — including the use of the j1li name, logo, or brand elements in any context without permission — constitutes an infringement and may result in legal action.

10 / Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j1li, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, j1li shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, server outages, or internet connectivity issues outside j1li's reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party financial institutions, including GCash, PayMaya, or participating banks;
• Any loss, damage, or harm arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, game rules, or promotional materials, where such information contains typographical errors;
• Actions of third-party game providers whose software is integrated into the Platform.

In all cases where j1li's liability cannot be excluded, j1li's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 / Responsible Gaming

j1li is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to supporting Players who may be at risk of developing problem gambling behaviors. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible at any time from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending;
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the amount of time you spend playing in a single session;
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 90 days);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and, once applied, cannot be reversed until the elected exclusion period has expired. Players who have self-excluded are prohibited from attempting to open new Accounts during their exclusion period.

12 / Termination

j1li reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account, and to withhold or void any Account balance, at any time and without prior notice, where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• j1li suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity in connection with your Account;
• You are found to be ineligible to hold an Account under Section 3 of these Terms;
• j1li is required to do so by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order;
• Continued operation of your Account would expose j1li to legal or reputational risk.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real money balance will be returned to the Player via the most recent withdrawal method on record, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements. Bonus funds are non-refundable upon Account closure.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting j1li support at [email protected]. Account closure does not release you from any obligations incurred prior to the closure date.

13 / Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

j1li operates in compliance with applicable Philippine online gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their own jurisdiction.

14 / Amendments

j1li reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, j1li will provide notice through one or more of the following channels: a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, an in-Account notification, or an email to your registered address.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting j1li support.
